Rules of the House

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• Elysium reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Elysium, you agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate other users, staff members, or Elysium representatives
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

4. Virtual Gambling

All gambling within Elysium is virtual. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Elysium is a social entertainment platform, not a gambling operation. Virtual currency used in our games has no real-world value regardless of how it was acquired.

5. Liability

Elysium is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses of virtual currency, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, game mechanics, and systems within Elysium are the intellectual property of Elysium Enterprises. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
